Wearing White Chicken Cotton Shalwar Kameez with a heavy thick brown shawl draped around his wide and broad shoulders. His sleeves were fold upto his elbows, showing off his veiny and muscular hands. Expensive gold Rolex watch was framing his left wrist.

His black hair were slightly wet from the rain and the thick dark stumble on his face made him look more muscular and dominating. He stood at a height of six four. He was the perfect example of masculinity. He looked deliciously handsome.

For once, his emotions were quite visible on his face. He looked tensed. His eyes kept drifting to Arzoo, checking up on her. But like everytime he spare a glance at her, she sat still, lifeless like a doll. If it weren't for her blinking her eyelashes or breathing, one might mistake her dead.

Arzoo was wearing the same outfit in which she met Imran and had a conversation with him for the last time. Her eyes are mere slits and bloodshot red. Her long curly brown hair was tied in a loose bun, while a few strands of her hair was all over her face. Wiping the dry tears that frame her face.

She was surrounding by the women's of her house. Zoya, Iqra, Iram and Shafaq who were crying hysterically. Zoya kept looking at her daughter, in hope of her saying something or showing some emotion. But she sat stilled looking at the Janazah. Where her future husband, her love of the life, Imran Bakhtiyar Sheikh was.

"Aunty please, get some reaction out of her. She need to cry or she might face some trauma." Shafaq pleaded.

Running his hand through his hair, he walked out of the house. To lessen the pain that he was feeling in his heart. Leaning against a tree, he closed his eyes and took a few deep breaths. Her image of sobbing flashed in darkness, when Imran took his last breath in her arms.

Thunder boomed, shaking the branches of nearby trees. The rain slanted sideways, splattering him with water droplets so heavy and hard they stung when they hit his skin.

He immediately opened his eyes, as a lone tear escapes his eyes, the image kept haunting his mind from time to time. He remembered that moment too well. How she had her breakdown in front of him. The colorful Arzoo lost all her colours that day. She looked so broken and torn.

"Khud Ko Sambhalo, Saqib!" Sameer says gently, putting his hand on his brother shoulder. "Warna Phir Arzoo Ko Kaun Sambhalega."

Roaming his hand through his messy hair, he asked frustratingly on the verge of another set of tears, "Kaash Khuda Ne Imran Ki Jagah Mujhe Bula Liya Hota." Tension poured off him in waves, and the set of his shoulders was visibly tighter.

"Bakwas Mat Karo." Sameer replies, anger lacing his tone. "Uska Waqt Hamare Saath Shayad Itna Hi Tha."

"I can't see Arzoo like this." He whispers, yet again glancing at her. "Kitni Toot Chuki Hai Woh."

"Dua Karo, Arzoo ke liye." Sameer stated, patting his brother back.

Seeing various men entering the room going towards Janazah, Sameer said. "Chalo Janazah Ko Leke Jaane Ka Waqt Ho Gaya Hai."

Composing themselves, they walked towards the Janazah and picked it up along with various other man's.

Arzoo was sitting like a statue, her gaze fell on the Janazah which the man was holding right now. She abruptly stand up and yells with her hoarsy voice. "YEH KYA KARRE AAP LOG??? CHODE MERE IMRAN KO!!"

Zoya quickly rushed towards her daughter side, held her shivering body in her motherly arms, trying to give her comfort. "Khuda Hafiz Keh Do, Imran Ko." Tears coated her cheeks, "It's time. He need to go."

"AMMI!!! WHAT ARE YOU SAYING?" Arzoo sobs, tears unconsciously running down her cheeks, "HE IS NOT DEAD. HE IS JUST SLEEPING. AAP SAB KO GALAT FEHMI HUE HAI!!!"

Her eyes found Saqib, pleading him. "SAQIB, TUM TOH MERA YAKEEN KARO. MERA IMRAN, MUJHE YU CHOD KE NAHI JAA SAKTA."

Saqib asked Ismail who was standing beside him, to hold the Janazah in his place. All the ladies and men attention was solely on the duo Saqib and Arzoo. Their teary eyes were praying for her, as her whole future was demolished. Praying for her well being and better future filled with happiness.

Walking towards her in long big strides, he took her shoulder in his hands. Tears threaten to appear in his eyes again, he says, "Please Sambhalo Aapne Aap ko." Clearing his throat, he said softly. "He ain't alive anymore. He is gone. CHOD KAR CHALE GAYA HAI WOH TUMHE, ARZOO!!!"

"NO......!!!!!!" Her legs took a step back, freeing herself from his hold, as a loud piercing scream escapes her lips, tears of anguish and pain started falling down her eyes. Her breathing quickened. "NAHI!!!!! YOU ALL ARE LYING." Her blurry gaze darted around the room.

But before someone could say anything, darkness surrounded her, comforting her pain, her broken heart.

Before she could touch the ground, his hand grip her waist pulling her petite form against his hard ones.

But not before whispering lowly, which was only audible to Saqib, shattering his heart into pieces, which belongs to her.

'Imran, Tumne Wada Kiya Tha, Umar Bhar Mere Saath Zindagi Nibhane Ka. Phir Kyu Chod Gaye Mujhe Yun............ Tanha.'

Her voice crack.

And His heart too.

[PAST......................,]

With a purse hanged around her petite figure. Her long curly brown hair flows behind her back like a waterfall. Her brown eyes were adorned with Kajal. Her long eyelashes flutters open and shut as she glanced around. A smile graced her beautiful face. Pink lap balm make her lips look so soft. Wearing a big jhumka, pairing it with a Jean and a kurti with a shawl covering her chest.

She looked so beautiful, as if she wasn't from this earth at all.

With a pride ozzing her small figure, she looked at all the books, which had her name on it.

"What is the most popular book here, Uncle?"

She asked the man who owned this small bookstore.

"This books nowadays are pretty popular. If you are looking for romance, possessive hero leads and best love stories, this books might just be for you."

She wanted to Patt her shoulder, pride blooms in her heart for herself.

At age of twenty five, she was a successful writer, whose books were popular in India as well as in foreign countries. Her books basically consisted romance, which were usually true stories. She also love traveling due to which she end usually stumbling on couples who are madly in love with each other. They motivates her to write it more energically and beautifully.

She had came to London alone, since she had a meet up with her readers. Which was going to be held tomorrow.

She was lost in her thought, when she didn't notice a presence beside her. Someone picked up one of her books, tilted, 'Adhuri Daatan'. Which unfortunately didn't get much attention, which she thought would get. Now that she thinks about it, she understands why, who would like the story where the male lead dies leaving the female lead in someone's else hands.

"I would recommend you this book, if you are looking for best love story." His silky voice reached her ears, before even hers eyes land on him, which had her broken her thoughts, as she peek at him.

Good looking, Tall, mid-twenties, arrogant smile, dominant posture.

Wearing black button-down shirt and jeans with the sleeves rolled up. He took off his sunglasses and assessed the book with cool eyes. She looked so tiny in front of him. He was handsome, but it didn't affect her.

Because the family she came from consisted beautiful and handsome genes. She was surrounded by good looking people. Whether it be her parents, siblings or grandparents.

"But it didn't had happy ending." She stated, eyeing the book in his hands.

"I know. I always wanted to read this one." He smiled as his eyes bore into hers. "Aksar Aduri Mohabbat Hi Logo Ki Dil Par Apni Chaap Chod Jaate Hai."

Usually people didn't knew when they started falling for someone. But Arzoo knew it, as her heart started beating loudly that she could hear it in her own ears. His once sentence had her falling for him. At this moment, she tasted how sweet love at first sight was.

A strong wind passes by as two strangers stared at each other. Her hair tossed wild by the wind, just like in movies.

"Have you read all of this authors book?" She couldn't help but ask.

"Yes." He said in a heartbeat. "She's one of my favourite author. She had a way of capturing your attention throughout the story, her wordings are beautiful."

A full smile adorned her lips, as she forward her hands towards his, "Arzoo Ayaan Khan."

His eyes widen slightly, as he shook his head. His eyes dart towards her face and the book that he was holding.

He seemed flustered for a second, his lips moving without making a sound as he looked for an appropriate response.

"This books.........." He points towards the book that they both were holding and shake his head. "Author."

He was starstruck at the moment. He couldn't believe that the person standing in front of him was his favourite author, Arzoo Ayaan Khan.

He shook her hands, with a full big smile of his own. "Imran Bakhtiyar Sheikh. It's a big pleasure to finally meet you."

Not only her way of storytelling was beautiful, but she herself was quite beautiful. His hearts danced beneath his chest, as his gaze fell on her beautiful form.

Both were lost in each other stares, when someone clearing his throat had them both leaving each other hands and look at the intruder. To find a man in his late sixties, who was looking at the soon to be couple with a knowing smirk, "Which books have you both decided to buy?"

"Two books." Arzoo exclaims.

Imran frowns as he eye the one book in her hand. They walked towards the cash counter. But before Imran could pay for his book, Arzoo payed for him instead.

"Consider it a gift from your favourite author."

With that they both leaves the book shop and started walking down the road in the same steps, "What about you? Who's your favourite author?"

"Collen Hoover. Her books are amazing."

"Why did you become an author?"

"My parents love story was epic." She says, "So I always wanted to discover new different love stories and wanted to captured in a book. So that whole word knew that love do exists. Even if we don't see it much, but yet it do exists."

An hour later, they both were seated inside a cafe, no strangers at all. Laughing whole heartedly at their conversation. It takes a few hours for one to know about other. And they were doing it pretty good.

Unconsciously his gaze fell on his watch, a horrific groan escapes his lips. Standing abruptly, he said "Shit. I need to go. It's almost time for my work."

"I hope this isn't the last time we are meeting. Or else I might be disappointed, Writer Sahiba."

"Abhi Toh Kaye Mulaqaate Baaki Hai, Reader Sahab."

They exchange their numbers in hope of meeting each other again. Standing up, she asked him. "What do you do for living?"

A slow grin crawls across his full lips, completely transforming his face. His dark black hair is tousled just enough to be sexy without being bedhead messy.

"Since you are good with words. I will give you a clue about it. And you need to guess it correctly the next time we meet."

"So here's the hint: 'I basically travel the whole world and the job I do requires a lot of trust from the people. And half of the time I am not on the ground'."

With that biding her goodbye, he left for his destination. Leaving her, repeating his words.

'I basically travel the whole world and the job I do requires a lot of trust from the people. And half of the time I am not on the ground.'
